Celluloid Advertisement Tape Measure
This is a small tape measure, probably in a woman's sewing or kitchen setting. It is made of an early form of plastic called "Celluloid." On one side the advertisement script is in red, on the flip side it is written in blue. The center button retracts the tape measure. The collector if sewing items, tape measures, advertisement pieces or celluloid items might find this tape measure of interest.
Lactum is a powdered milk mixture for children. This was probably a premium given when a purchase was made. Early 1900's.
